After the successful completion of the course, you need to visit your account with the Heart and Stroke Foundation. You can print your certificate online. If you really want a course completion card, please tell the instructor earlier, so he will order it for you. Heart and Stroke Foundation will charge an extra $5 for this service.
Pay your fee once you receive an email from the instructor confirming your registration to the selected course. There are three ways to pay your fees.
Option 1: Please e-transfer the correct fee including tax for the selected course before the class date to cprbyhsf@gmail.com. You do not need a password to send money.
Option 2: If you forgot to pay the fee in advance, still you can pay on the day of the class in cash.
Option 3: Select correct amount and pay with your credit card securely through Paypal. $2 Paypal fees will be applied.
Students Get 20% Discount: You need to show 2018 student ID when attending the class. Students may e-transfer the fee with a 20% discount.
IMPORTANT: If you do not show up, refunds will be subjected to a $10.00 administrative fee. Rescheduling will be allowed before the class date with no additional cost.

No. BLS Provider Course covers CPR and AED skills for all ages as a single or as a team member. If you need First Aid, it will be a separate course. We currently do not conduct First Aid courses.

You must not smoke, eat, chew gum, drink any liquids (except water) at least 15 minutes prior to the test, to ensure an accurate, successful respirator mask fit test (All types of masks).
Please remove facial jewellery or other items that come between the skin and respirator
You must be clean shaven 12 to 24 hours before the Respirator Protection Training testing procedure.
Candidates with asthma, respiratory conditions, heart conditions, and/or anxiety may or may not be properly fit tested. Those candidates may be required to get the clearance from your family physician before your mask fit test.
