Terms and Conditions

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or partial refund. This applies if you did not attend the class and you request the refund of the fee.
  2. For BLS provider, BLS renewal, CPR level C courses we will refund the amount paid with a 5% deduction of the processing fee. However, if the participant doesn’t show up or cancelled within 24 hours of the class time, refund will be subjected to a $30.00 admin fee.
  3. For First Aid classes paid fees will not be returned if we have already paid for your online course; however if cancels or doesn’t show up for the class, another available date can be allocated. If you made the refund request before we send your online theory course, we will refund your fee with a deduction of 5% processing fee. If the refund request is made within 24 hours of class time and we have haven’t send you online course, we will return your fee with a deduction of $30 administration fee.
  4. We can not refund your fees if you have paid the fees to another agency, person, work place, educational or any other institution.
  5. Any requests for returning fee, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It will be easy for us to track your payment with the payment proof. You can email us a copy. Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund fee return to you.
