I took the blended Standard First Aid “C” with AED. The blended option allowed me to move through the theoretical content online at my own pace; practical skills were covered in-person the following day. The online portion was informative without feeling overwhelming. During the in-person portion, the instructor moved through the topics efficiently while monitoring the class to ensure proper technique. Delivery included a mix of instruction, videos, working through hypothetical situations, demonstrations, and opportunities for hands-on skill building. I enjoyed the course and learned a lot.
